Car stereo removal to locate serial number:
Removal of the radio is fairly straightforward. Remove the faceplate, and the removal tools are inserted into the four round holes slots at the sides of the fascia until a click is felt. The radio can then be withdrawn and the leads unplugged.Locate the serial number beginning with BP which is etched in to the metal on the side of the radio.

How to enter code to my rover car radio:
Please note that rover code entry is only possible when "CODE" is shown in the display. If the display continually shows "WAIT 1 HOUR" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to one hour to reset before another code entry attempt is possible. If it does not reset after this time, then all of your code entry attempts may have been used up, and the unit will need to be sent to us to be decoded and reset.Rover code Entry instructions:
Switch Radio On - Display Shows " CODE " Then " 0000 "Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press Tuning Up Button " ^ " To Enter
